hi there, what does everyone do when they have done day 3 of the c25k challenge? Carry on doing it for the rest of the week or just do some lighter exercise for the rest of the week, till week 2 starts?

Thanks. Feeling a bit confused hehe. I've been told by some to carry on doing the 3 days over the rest of the week. Others have said to recover my muscles/body and do some brisk walking and lunges/squats etc.
