Hi There,  I usually do not stretch before a workout ever, you want to make sure your muscles are warm before you stretch.  Otherwise you risk injury..


When I am done with the cooldown is when I do stretching...  Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, etc..  There might even be an app for that.
