Guest Elyse Posted November 10, 2014 Report Share Posted November 10, 2014 Just starting c25k and I'm excited about it but have a question that hopefully someone can help me with. Are there better days than others to do the 3days of the program and should I be doing anything on the "rest days"? I was thinking I would try to do the running on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday but then feel weird about doing nothing on the other 4 days. Would it be ok to do upper body/arms on the other days? Tues and Thur I think about lifting, but so far it hasn't happened. lol maybe this week I can get that in gear. Baby steps... Good luck and welcome! KellyAnn Posted November 10, 2014 Report Share Posted November 10, 2014 Hey hey Elyse & LBW, what I love to do is run 3-4 days a week, then I train the other days , like exercise class, crosstrain, lift weights.
