Guest dee Posted November 9, 2014 Report Share Posted November 9, 2014 I've lost 190 pounds in about two years, been working out at the gym for about 2 years but have avoided jogging now training for my first 5k in Panama City next month! I found some great inspirational stories online about running your first 5k, including "what if I come last". They are worth looking for.
