Just down loaded this app because I need a trainer but I am to scared to let anyone see how out of shape I am. I just had my 4th child , I am 35 and my health is not good . A few months ago I knelt down to help my youngest child with something... and I physically couldn't without great pain/discomfort. It was a harsh reality for me. Your family does need you to raise them, but keep in mind like I recently realized, they also need to see your great example! I bet your kids will be super excited and encouraging when they see you do this. Grab a stroller if you don't have someone to watch the youngest ones and take them along. Don't be scared. DO NOT BE SCARED at all, we are all here to help you get fit, feel better and rock this world. Who cares what anyone else thinks out there at all, At least you are moving and now lapping anyone sitting on the couch. You can do this. Under General Chat Topic, I started an Accountability Topic where you can post your workouts everyday and we cheer you on.... If you cannot run, no worries, walk, repeat weeks if you need to , You Are You and there isnt anyone else like you. So, you know your body. Push yourself. You got This Girl! Diet and Exercise go hand in hand. You can lose weight by eating healthy. Small Steps at a time Melody. Change your workout habits first and then change your Food Habits... I am a Paleo person myself. I have just started oen called CarbCycling with Chris Powell. I am soo excited as it seems like my metabolism has stalled.. Anyways, you can so do this and we are all here for each other cheering each other on. Keep us posted and ask questions.... HUGS and Congrats on your New Life,, New You!
