Guest Liz
have any of you been using it during your journey? How would I track my progress with their excercise choices? I just started using it today. Any help would be great, because I'm struggling. Thanks, yall.
KellyAnn
Hi Liz, Can you tell me what you are talking about? Thanks. And I can help if I know.
Guest Liz
Hi kellyann, well in the myfitnesspal app, there are different options to choose what excercise you've done for the day. Couch to 5k isn't an option, so I put 30 mins of walking at a brisk pace. I was just wondering if there was a better option to track what I'm doing. KellyAnn
Oh Ok Liz, If you are doing the c25k app, you should be able to link that app to MFP. Just go to Apps & Devices in MFP and syn from there. Let me know if you do Liz..
thisisliz
I've been trying, but it just sends me to the App Store to open c25k thisisliz
KellyAnn
Hmmmm Liz. After you finish your workout and you save, does it not show up in MFP?? Now the 5k all is the only one that syncs right now. Belt me know.
Guest Guest
I am also having this issue. When I hit "connect" it sends me to the App Store. Is this because I have the Free version of C25K?
FattyPants5
KellyAnn. you seem to know the ins and outs of this ap. My problem is idk whay pace its bases your run and your walk at. Any clue? because I think it might be 3mph for walk in...so syncing it wont be very accurate cuz I'm walking at 3.5mph but im wondering what Pac the run is based on
KellyAnn
Hmm. Good question FP, I think it's all GPS related right???? So it tracks you as you run I think.
FattyPants5
I don't think. unless that's a setting that can be enabled. I keep it on treadmill as I run. ..

KellyAnn
Very interesting. I use a GPS from another app running in the background. It tracks my distance, speed, etc. like MapMyFitness or Runkeeper. N
Guest Ariel
It synced my first one at walking 4mph. Today it didn't sync at all despite everything being connected, but did post to my Facebook. Last time it took a couple hours. Just a heads up to everyone. Timb113
I've been using MapMyRun to track pace and distance and that synchs with My Fitness Pal, which I've just been using for a couple weeks. It has always synched, though sometimes it takes a little while to get through.
