Hi everyone! Just finished day one, week one. Feel pretty good. Had a little trouble with breathing- I've always struggled with that. I've never been a runner, but I've wanted to be. I'm a mom of 4 and my most recent is now 3 months. He's strolling along with me. I want to get this extra weight off! :) Praying I can keep with this. Do y'all do every other day or do you ever go 2 days in a row then skip a day and do the last?
