Hi there. I seriously need to start a topic in this very subject. I repeat myself a lot. Lol. Welcome on here. Happy to have you.


I'm excited for you to run. Now, do 3 days a week, I usually run another day too if I feel like it. I crosstrain other days. Get some great shoes, it makes all the difference. And eat healthy. Make sure you rest when your body tells you too.
