Jtrunner
I’ve noticed that when I am running my back/neck often starts to hurt. Is this just being generally out of shape and typical when first starting or is there something I can be doing to help this? (I.e running posture, breathing, etc). thank you! Tom Riddle
Honestly speaking, there may be a major possibility of calcium deficiency and vitamin deficiency. When our bones lose density then such consequences may occur. However, don't be afraid just use some calcium supplement/vitamin supplements.
