We like to have a healthy breakfast on Saturday mornings and then cheat the rest of the day. Yo won't gain weight. You will actually bust some weight. Go back to healthy eating on Sunday. I can rarely eat fries anymore, makes me I'll and they WERE my favorite. Lol. You can do it. Make healthy versions if junk food. No bun on a burger, cauliflower mashed , etc. your body will love it.
