Guest Amanda
If I can't run anymore in my first week or 2 is it ok to run in place?
KellyAnn
Hi Amanda, what do you mean you can't run anymore?, like you are tired?, I'd hate to run in place , I'd be bored to death. Yikes. I have a Wii and there is a running game, I just run around my house looking like a complete dork. Hee hee.
LouLou
I started on a treadmill but found it difficult to keep pace, also i drift when I run. I prefer to run outside. It's whatever you feel comfortable doing. Good luck on your adventure.
cjenlive
Because of the bitter cold weather in my area I will be starting this on a treadmill at the gym. I figure that it's better then waiting till spring :-)
Guest Guest
I, too, hate running on the treadmill. I'm a "drifter" and feel confined. It's also a little more challenging to switch from walking to running as quickly as you could if you were running outside. I also get insanely bored. However, I did manage to do W1D1 on the treadmill. So, it's possible.
Guest Kelly
Hi, I just downloaded this app and was wondering if I could run in place? It is freezing outside and my treadmill is broken. I have been doing walking in place dvds which has a little running in place in them. Just was wondering if it would be effective? Or maybye run around my house?
