Ankle pain

I hurt my ankle two weeks ago and its just starting to heal. I feel good about running but I left off at week 5. Should I start back or day 1 because I have not ran since the injury? Please help:)

I don't know that I would go back to day 1, but that would not hurt. With it being two weeks since the injury perhaps go back to week 3. That way you are still easing into it somewhat without going all the way to the beginning. Let your ankle tell you what to do. If you start out and all feels fine you are good to go. If your ankle starts hurting again then stop and let it heal some more.
