Guest melody clark Posted October 21, 2014 Report Share Posted October 21, 2014 I hurt my ankle two weeks ago and its just starting to heal. I feel good about running but I left off at week 5. With it being two weeks since the injury perhaps go back to week 3. That way you are still easing into it somewhat without going all the way to the beginning. Let your ankle tell you what to do.
