Shakeology

Hi Jessica, Shakeology is one of my favorites but is quite spendy.   I started the 21 Day Fix yesterday and let me tell you, I hate measuring out my food, that is a lot of work.... not for me.  I love the workouts though.  I am measuring snacks, etc... but not the protein and veggies...  Hard stuffing chicken in there, LOL.      I still have a few bags of Shakes and when it is done I am going to try something else and see.  But, they are good...

I first bought Shakeology with the plan to cancel it. I see a night and day difference in my body when I drink it and when I don't. I stopped for about a month and I found myself gaining weight again. Not saying it all came from not drinking the shakes but they did help. I'd suggest contacting your coach and signing up for the discount. I have all my challengers so that to save money!

I've had excellent results drinking Shakeology! In less than a year, my overall cholesterol dropped 90 points and my energy level went thru the roof! I can definitely feel a huge difference when I don't have it for a day or so, and I'm now going on my third year having it for breakfast or lunch usually. Be sure to check with your coach if you don't like the taste at first. A lot of time, it's a matter of finding the right recipe and/or flavor. And best of luck to you with the 21 Day Fix! It's an awesome program that really gets results :)

A little disclaimer about the cholesterol drop: this was not simply because I was drinking Shakeology everyday. I was also working out 6 days/week and switched to a truly clean diet. I believe it was the combination of these 3 things that attributed to my results. Also, Shakeology is not intended as a weight loss shake nor is it merely a protein shake. I'm sure if you reach out to your coach, he/she will be more than willing to answer any questions you have and help you get started right :) Cheers!

As a Fitness professional, I have a hard time with thinking that some of these Beachbody coaches are untrained and just want to sell shakes and fitness DVDs just to make money. It bites my biscuit when they are uneducated and try to coach someone to workout and they don't know a thing about fitness at all.

There are some amazing coaches out there that are Fitness Professionals and use it in their Fitness businesses , I will buy from them, now that is great, As they are trained to help people with fitness. I do love the shakes as they are loaded with great stuff and I feel good when i do. Not everyday but a few times a week. I want to do some research on other brands too when I run out because of the cost. But what is the price of our health right???
