Switched up my shoes and stride (now running as a minimalist) and so far that seems to work for me. No pain other than long underused muscles aching haha. Anyways, decided to become a part of the forum as I love the program and will be running a 5K on December 13 with the goal of running a half-marathon next summer/fall and a full the following spring. I am 31, have four kids, and am not too terribly out of shape bu want to get it under control before it becomes a problem Anyways, hello from SC!
