week 4

I m just done with week 4 day 1 and I cant bekueve myself. From a person who has never run before to running so much...I feel great. And every week being able to run more is ssuch a motivation.

There was a time in week 2 when I almost gave up. But then just pushed myself through. It was just recently that I got to know the correct strteching techniques and my calf muscles dont hrt that much now.

Im so elatedr....and Im just beginning to realise what I missed in my life all this while :)
