HopefulLady 1 Report post Posted October 4 Hi, I’m Ana and I’ve never been active person in all my 40 years. Never persistently anyway. I’d like to start and keep it forever going. Mainly because I’m fighting a chronic disease that wants to limit my mobility. And no sir I will not let it. But I need the support. Started my first day of c25k. Just gotta keep it up. Nitae 2 Report post Posted October 7 You can do this! I am 44 and have NEVER been a runner. I got off the couch in July and started this program. The first day I made it through the first half of the run/walk and wasn't sure I could finish I was so tired. I did finish! And kept at it. This past Saturday I ran my first 5K!
