New and need some willpower!

I’m Ana and I’ve never been active person in all my 40 years. Never persistently anyway. I’d like to start and keep it forever going. Mainly because I’m fighting a chronic disease that wants to limit my mobility. And no sir I will not let it. But I need the support. Started my first day of c25k. Just gotta keep it up. I welcome any tips for keeping my motivation going :)

You can do this! I am 44 and have NEVER been a runner. I got off the couch in July and started this program. The first day I made it through the first half of the run/walk and wasn't sure I could finish I was so tired. I did finish! And kept at it. This past Saturday I ran my first 5K! You can, too!
