twkie Posted July 3, 2019 Report Share Posted July 3, 2019 Hi all! I tried searching the forums but couldn't find any answers (maybe I just suck at searching). Anyway, I just installed C25K and did W1D1. The app just says to run 3 days a week but it doesn't let me set the days. Do I just do any days I want? Also, I have "Reminders" turned on, but when does it remind me and what does it remind me to do? So for I like all the audio cues and feedback, but some of the app stuff and run scheduling I either can't figure out, or the it might be lacking. I am supposing your phone make a noise or vibrates if that's turned on. I don't know if it would be daily or if you could set the days or what. They were talking about not knowing whether to run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or if they should run on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, or what days they should run.
