AnneM Posted April 3, 2019 Report Share Posted April 3, 2019 I am finishing the C25K on Friday. My first 5K is 8 days later. Right now I am short on distance. I am only getting in about 2 miles in 30 minutes. What should I do between the last 30 minute run and my actual 5k to increase my speed or distance. Crabapple Posted April 8, 2019 Report Share Posted April 8, 2019 I really wish I had seen this post sooner. What I would do is follow the last week of the c25k app again.
