mseankelly Posted October 12, 2014 Report Share Posted October 12, 2014 This is probably a stupid question, but it isn't clear to me what I'm supposed to do during the the cool-down and the last minute. I just did week 2 / day 1 of 26.2 Pro, and the final sequence was walk -> cool-down -> then last minute. Do I continue walking during the cool-down? What about the last minute? Somewhere I got the impression that you push a little harder in the last minute. It's probably all explained somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it. Thanks. KellyAnn Posted October 12, 2014 Report Share Posted October 12, 2014 Hi There, So, As a fitness instructor, when I cue for a cooldown, it means you slow down. In the 10K app, I walk. Sometimes if I am crazy, I will run the first two minutes of the cool down and then walk the rest. Cooldown, means cool down. YOU NEVER EVER want to just stop working out and go on and do something else. You can collapse. It is not a good idea. I walk, until the end. THen I usually do some stretching. Stretching is so important. '' It is not a stupid question and i am glad you asked it. I am sure there are others thinking the same thing.
