WildMalta
Hi all Just got moving after a very sedentary year with a goal to complete a sprint triathlon later this year and if training well hopefully longer events. I've started training every day alternating cycling (20 - 30km) & running (C25K). No pain yet. Is this too much, should i ease off? Don't want to overdo it and get hurt. Thanks Steve
Crabapple
That does sound like a lot to start with, but if your body is not complaining by this time (over a month later) then it's probably okay. I would think a beginner would need some rest days or light workout days in between cycling or running, but I'm not a professional advice giver by any means.
