I was thinking that i should pause the program after the warm up walk is done and do my stretching before i start jogging? what do you do? louisvuitton
Stretching should be done after you finished your jogging.

You should jogging for 1-2 miles first before stretching. the shorter you run, the more you need to stretch. Here'a routine I use:Quadriceps Hamstrings CALF Iliotibial band Piriformits PSOAS Gluteal Muscles Groin Spine Stretch Lower Back When your heart rate going up to 105 -122 (ZONE 2) It's when you ready to run! You should have a running fitness checker to check it! Happy running!
