I am trying to returning to trail running after a considerable hiatus. I've been a fan of "barefoot" running, although I didn't actually run barefoot, but with thin-soled shoes. I grew up wearing moccasins and still wear them a lot, so I'm more comfortable when I can feel the ground.
I'm curious about whether folks have used this app successfully for train running. I'm also curious about thoughts on trail running technique and equipment, especially shoes.
