Jackdhammer Posted June 11, 2017 Report Share Posted June 11, 2017 Hi all! I used the c25k program to get ready for my first 5k. It was great! But after that I let life get in the way and haven't run in a couple months. I have another 5k in 2 weeks. Can I train twice a day everyday to "catch up so to speak?
