Oops not sure

It depends on if you have been working out at all?  If you have been, then it might be ok to try.   Start the app and increase to 4 days a week of training. 3 miles is not bad at all, but it might be tough if you ave not worked out at all.

 

Try not to train more than 3-4 days a week, do lift weights, and cross train too.
