FatMomRuns Posted March 27, 2017 Report Share Posted March 27, 2017 New to running. My goal is to do a 5K this summer or fall. Weight loss is also a goal. I'm sick of being the "fat mom". I started a weight loss journey about a year ago and have lost 30 pounds, but I have about 30 more to go for my goal. Diet and supplementing have helped, but I need to ditch my sedentary life style! Tried this evening, but I wasn't wearing headphones, my neighbors dog was loud and our neighborhood is poorly lit. Here's to another day!
