  1. New to running. My goal is to do a 5K this summer or fall. Weight loss is also a goal. I'm sick of being the "fat mom". I started a weight loss journey about a year ago and have lost 30 pounds, but I have about 30 more to go for my goal. Diet and supplementing have helped, but I need to ditch my sedentary life style!
