RachEliz
I just started Wednesday. I did W1 Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and completed W2D1 Saturday. I was reading some posts that say you MUST take your off days. I'm one of those people that will continue putting something off if I skip one day (1 off day turns into 5)... I typically begin my workouts with cardio. What should be incorporated on those off days, or is it okay to not take off days?
torus_ot
If you well trained you can try to do it every day. For most people the rest is necessity. It gives muscles to recover and grow. It helps prevent injuries. The rest days can be used for stretching, core and strength exercises and just for walking. Listen carefully to your body, if it needs rest - take it, do not push forward. But 1 day rest ONLY!
Swathi
Running on alternate days and interspersing with Strength training and rest will take your running to a higher level!
