I was sick last week and I just stayed where I was at when I ran yesterady. I did not have a problem. Good Luck and enjoy your trip. You might be able to get a run in too! Guest Ju Posted October 2, 2014 Report Share Posted October 2, 2014 Thanks, I thought of bringing my sport clothing with me on the trip, but schedule will be very busy and I would never have enough time. I'm worried of starting again from the point I was at because I think being in the middle between week 4 and 5 is a turning point and a (forced) pause at this moment doesn't help at all.
