Pausing because of a work trip. where to re-start from?

Hi! I'm leaving on Tuesday for a work trip, this mean that I have to pause my c25k program at the first day of the week 4. I will be off for 6 days. Where should I restart from? Week 4 or coming back to week 3? What would you recommend? Thanks

Thanks, I thought of bringing my sport clothing with me on the trip, but schedule will be very busy and I would never have enough time. I'm worried of starting again from the point I was at because I think being in the middle between week 4 and 5 is a turning point and a (forced) pause at this moment doesn't help at all. Looking forward for your recommendations guys! Thanks!
