Where in the app should I start?

I've been running for the past few months but my weeks are inconsistent...some weeks I'll run 3-4 times but in the last few weeks I've been busier and going 1-2 times max. I can run 2km without stopping on a good morning but then I hit a wall every time at that 2km point... I thought this app may help me? I'm wondering though if I should start at w1d1 or further through considering I can run 1-2km already? Thanks :)
