Hey everyone!  

Just finished Week 1-3 workout and let me tell you a thing!! OMG. I did not believe it was possible for me to run every other day and ENJOY it.  And right now I don't enjoy it.  But seeing everyone else's progress makes me believe I will, eventually, love this.  Right now I'm at stage "I HATE YOU, I HATE THIS, WHY WHY WHY"  of running.  But I am slowly progressing to "This isn't SO bad, and I feel accomplished and not terrible after I'm done."  And that's a start.  So thank you for welcoming me into your community. Thank you for your support. And thank you for your progress posts.  I am a 27 (almost 28) year old woman and I have not willingly run in my life (the mile in high school was under DURESS thank you very much) and I have not run since then.  Until I started Couch to 5K.  And for the first time in my life, I have found an exercise that I truly believe I will finish...even if right now, I'm only one step up from f*ck it.  It's an important step.

Awesome job, I am on W3 D1 I have repeated a few days so I have been running every other day since May 25th & I love it!!!!! This app truly does make it possible! I used to run (10 yr ago) and starting back then was difficult but I was younger, can't even imagine starting without this app!
