tnkpositiv
Hello I'm Dana. Was about to start the week 3 of C25k but had to repeat week two as I barely made it through the running portions that week. The cool news is I almost made it through every running session so I decided to be excited about that and not disappointed I couldn't do week 3. I'd really like to hear from people who weren't in awesome shape that made it to running a 5k. I can't imagine running that long cardiovascularly as well as the leg exhaustion! Looking forward to learning more. Dana
blayne
Keep going Dana! You will get it. I started out way out of shape at 300 pounds. I had a rough time doing week one. Three months later and at 240 with dieting I can finally run the 30 minutes. My legs get tired but if i keep going it goes away. I never thought I could run this long. I hope to go longer so I can actually make it a 5K.
torus_ot
Dana, it is OK to repeat day or week. I myself decided to repeat whole program (with better speed). I started last December (215# and 55 years old). Now I I am 202# and still 55 years old, but I can run for 30-40min.
