torus_ot Posted March 13, 2016 Report Share Posted March 13, 2016 Welcome! Yes it is a "rest" day in between runs. I do walks, stretching, core and strength exercises in between. I take one day off per week (and life forces you to move this day around). KellyAnn Posted March 14, 2016 Report Share Posted March 14, 2016 Hi there to you, I run 3-4 days a week mad mix up other days. I walk, hike, bike, swim, lift weights, you name it.
