I don't want this to be another start to something and not complete the journey. I just completed day 2 and I really enjoyed it. I'm not able to run everyday due to work schedule and family, but hope to make it count when I can, at least 4 days a week. Any advice? Thx! What I love, is that each day is different and such a motivator. WE have had major smoke on our valley here from a fire in California and I have not been aboe to go outside for a run. So I workout to Dvds. This app is only for 3 days a week, then do whatever else you love to do. Squats while you fold laundry , lunges through the house, leg lifts while you wash dishes.
