Run4FunRun4Life
So I've always exercised when I'm starting to get sick. Sweat it out. Even if it isn't much. But now, I'm all congested and it's hard to breathe out of my nose at all. Still, is it a good idea to run? I don't wanna stop until I'm better tho so what should I do? I really really want to be able to run a 5k by May 13th(9 weeks away). That's my goal. How can I still do it when I have to slow down a bit? Thanks for any tips
KellyAnn
Darn, so sorry you are sick. That is all up to you, if i cant breathe i do not go. Ill do other workouts instead. If you feel up to it, then do it. Feel Better. Hugs!!
Run4FunRun4Life
Thanks! I haven't been able to yet, but I think I'm finally to the point where I can breathe well enough to run:)
