Hello all! My name is Darcy...clothes are tightening up. I have had these apps on my phone for some time now and today is the time to start using it. i am not sure what the general strategy is to start as everyone is different. Gonna try 3-4 times running...incorporate sit-ups and pull ups in the off days. Seem reasonable?
