It was a heatwave here today so had to wait till later so I didn't turn into a melted puddle on the ground. Almost didn't go but made myself do it. I've lost weight and can start seeing muscles in my legs that I'd forgotten were there. I didn't think I would but I kept telling myself it was 30 minutes of my life. I have not ate white pasta or breads in months and I went to a family dinner and ate and ate. I even ate dessert! That has resulted in a week and a half of binging on crap and sugar! I am definitely a food addict for life! Back on track today and no excuses! Day by day!!!!!
