Em89
I have stayed away from running thinking that I would never be able to do it but Sunday I started this week and Tuesday and Thursday I have come in from work at 6pm got changed and gone straight out to do the plan! Today I completed week 1 and ended it with running up a hill (not a steep one) to show myself that I can do this! Although if I ache tomorrow I know it's my own fault! Rob129
Good job; breaking it down into a series of small goals makes it easier. Celebrate each one. 6 months from now you'll be amazed by what you can do. Rob
Em89
I was so happy with running up that very slight hill made me feel so good once I got home! Just need to keep pushing myself now! Hopefully all this c25k will take my mind off the follow up I have at the hospital next week :/
djplong
Week by week, you'll see your progress. You'll wonder how you'll ever do some of the upcoming challenges and then feel euphoric when you finish them!
