I'm pretty overweigh (380lbs)t, but I've always been able to athletic things!! I finished week 1!!!! I've been able to run the whole time and walk!! I'm pretty sore now lol! Run Mon, Wed, Fri (or Tue, Thu, Sat) and do walking and upper body strength exercise every other day. Also stretching before and after run will help to avoid injures. Would love some encouragement and tips!!! Not sure if I should be running everyday or what! Good job!! Getting out there and moving has worked very well for me. Build up progressively, I pretty much run at a 70% to 80% for most of the running I do in order to avoid injury. I've been increasing the distance about 10% per week.
