Yet another intro

Hi, I'm not at all professional in terms of running or any other exercise. In fact, I use a machine instead of running outside, because I'm very self conscious. I previously recovered from bulimia and I still deal with some fallout from that.

 

I'm hoping to just start treating my body better, after gaining a lot of weight in recovery. But I need to do it in a sustainable, healthy way. A vegan diet already helped me heal a lot, but I need to step it up.
