UhNiyahh Posted December 4, 2015 Report Share Posted December 4, 2015 i'm 20 years old & very bad out of shape haven't really exercises since my cheerleading days 2 years ago. here recently i decided to take the oath & become a member of the Air Force! not sure when i'm leaving for basic i'm trying to better my running & get myself in shape before i leave. i got really short winded & tired quickly on my day one but i didn't give up even when i wanted to i'm hoping the more i try the better i get!
