I'm starting and restarting this app and workout until I can do it without a break. I want to lose weight and be healthier. I want to be healthier for me, my five babies and my loving husband. But once you get started, you will be hooked...lol...I find myself being disappointed on the days when I don't run. Crazy,right? Also, running is great "me time" that we all need. Give yourself 2-3 days a week to do that and strength training on the other days. Core strength is a good one to work too. Good luck to you and we are all your biggest cheerleaders.
