Guest Chanda
I trained for my first 5k. It didn't go well because my daughter ran with me and wanted to quit after a mile. She's only 8. After that we were all sick for a week and then it took another week before I got the motivation to run. Now I think it's more difficult than when I started out :-/
KellyAnn
Keep your Chin up. I ran with with my kiddos when I lived In Holland. It was the way of life there. You need this for yourself. They can jump in at the end. You can do this. Start off small and keep going. Lets do this.
