rmhughes0711 Posted November 4, 2015 Report Share Posted November 4, 2015 I recently started using your C25K app. I really like it, thus far, but I have a question. I accidentally skipped a workout and can not find a way to go back to it. If I touch on the skipped day, it doesn't take me back, rather, it keeps me on the same day. Is there a way to go back and pick up a skipped day, or do I need to repeat the current day exercise in order to stay up to date. It seems like I should be able to go back. Am I missing something?? UNclick todays run, then that previous day should show up. Click it and/or run that day, then you should be able to click on todays run. Let me know of it works. Good luck.
