Hi there :) I decided to start c25k to get back in shape. I have always wanted to do a 5k and I have a treadmill at home so I thought I would give this a try. I am also trying to lose weight during this process. My first 5k will be a virtual one, probably through Moonjoggers. I originally started a few weeks ago but stopped and went back to week one because I got sidelined by allergies and a nasty cough. I am here to check out others progress and keep myself in check. Nice to meet you!
