Twobees
I'm over weight mum of three 15,14 and 11. I've completed the c25k before but had a work injury stop me from continuing. That was the years ago and the weight had piled on since then. I've just completed w2d1 today. I got a fitbit about a month ago and it's been the encouragement that I needed . I love it. I'm not using scales at all as for me it's about the way I feel. And I do feel like I've got energy now and my resting heart beat had dropped 9 points. So looking good I'd say. Rob129
The Fitbit is a great tool. Being a numbers person I love the feedback. Rob
Twobees
I find the fitbit very interesting. Particularly the sleep and heart rate. And steps of course
