cpwmsw Posted October 14, 2015 Report Share Posted October 14, 2015 So...I'm at least 80lbs overweight. I've been on a diet since I was 11 when my grandma took me to weight watchers. I have been to the gym, had personal trainers, etc. But none of it has been as motivating or addictive as this C25K app. Every day that I complete, I'm so proud of myself. When I feel like I can't go on, I remind myself that running is 99.9% mental. Today I finished week 3, day 1. I was stoked I was able to finish it, even though it was hard, I did it!
