reconstructing_clarity Posted October 11, 2015 Report Share Posted October 11, 2015 hey everyone! i plan on starting this on monday (10/12/2015) since i work 16 hours tomorrow and can't fathom running before or after. i'm new to this app and was wondering if you suggest doing any kind of cardio or other strength training exercises on the off days for the c210k program? thanks! KellyAnn Posted October 12, 2015 Report Share Posted October 12, 2015 Hi There and Welcome here. For me Crossfit is amazing.... I run 3 days and other days I lift weights, ride bike , hike etc....
