  1. hey everyone! i plan on starting this on monday (10/12/2015) since i work 16 hours tomorrow and can't fathom running before or after. i'm new to this app and was wondering if you suggest doing any kind of cardio or other strength training exercises on the off days for the c210k program? thanks!
