I have lost 25lbs (yippee!) but working towards anther 25! I have a set of twins (boy/girl) that will be 10 months in a week!! They are my motivation!! Be patient with yourself. Running is tough and takes awhile to master. Losing weight and switching to a totally healthy lifestyle also tough do your best to make it fun. Otherwise it'll become a chore. 2. Invest if you can in a great pair of running shoes.
